These general terms and conditions apply to the use of the bredius.org website and the information, services and products offered under it. Bredius.org is the main platform; specific products (such as DebatAI) may also have their own additional terms.
Use of the website
By using Bredius.org, you agree to careful and lawful use of the website. It is not permitted to misuse or disrupt the website, to scan it for vulnerabilities without permission, to load it in an automated manner or to circumvent security.
Contact and enquiries
A contact request or a conversation via the AI Assistant does not constitute an agreement. An assignment only arises once arrangements have been confirmed in writing by both parties.
Services and quotations
Information about services is general. Prices, planning, scope, delivery, maintenance and support are agreed separately per project or assignment.
Products from Bredius.org
Bredius.org may offer digital products and software, of which DebatAI is the first and where more products may be added in the future. Additional, product-specific terms apply to these products (such as an end-user licence agreement, download terms and a right of withdrawal). These product terms are finalised before sales of the relevant product begin.
Relationship between general terms and product terms
The general terms apply to the entire platform. For a specific product, the accompanying product terms also apply. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the product-specific terms, the specific product terms apply to that product, to the extent permitted by law. Digital products are delivered as a download. For digital content, the right of withdrawal may lapse once delivery begins with your express consent; see the right of withdrawal page for the conditions.
Intellectual property
Texts, designs, code, concepts, software and other materials on this platform remain the property of Bredius.org or the relevant rightsholders, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AI functionality
AI functionality is offered as an aid. Answers may be incorrect or incomplete. You remain responsible for checking and using the generated information.
Prohibited use and abuse
It is not permitted to use the website or underlying services for unlawful purposes, to overload systems, to test or circumvent security without prior written permission, or to infringe the rights of third parties.
External links
The website may refer to external websites and services. Bredius.org has no control over the content, availability or terms of those external parties and is not responsible for them.
Availability
We strive for a reliable platform, but do not guarantee that the website, AI chat or external services are always available, error-free or uninterrupted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bredius.org is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of data or damage caused by the use of information, AI answers or external services. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Consumers
If you are a consumer, you always retain the rights granted to you by mandatory consumer law. Provisions in these terms do not apply to the extent that they would conflict with those rights.
